hey guys just joined the board and thought i would share my rig . i have a rt 66 blonde/purple jewle light ive put a mullard gz34,jan phillips 12ax7 and dario mini watt ef 86. i started with the z-best cab stock, then installed weber 12a150/12f150 4 ohms wired in series. i liked that a lot but the weight of the cab and the close back didnt work for me. so i had bob burt build me one of his 2-12 v-front cabs out of antique pine ported/open back. ive been very happy with the tone and the way it just fills the room. i play a 57 historic gold top and and es 335 trew it the only pedals i use are a fulldrive II and a barber ltd. i run the rt 66 at t-11:oo,b-10:00v-12:00 and use my guitar volume to adjust to taste.
