D*A*M Drag'N'Fly sounds great through the Rt66, it's a germ/si hybrid, sound wise it's a fuzz face + tone bender mix ... through my Bümbox Lead50 (JMP 50W style amp) it's a bit too raunchy and raspy but into the Rt66 it's nice and thick and fat, all the nasty high-end fizz is gone. One of the first pedals I tried into my new Rt66 when I got it home yesterday.

My favorite is my Lovepedal BMF'er .I beleive it is now called the Dragon. Its a GE/SI hybrid that goes from FF to Tonebender to Rangemaster & many inbetween w/ a turn of the blend knob. Also does cool dirty boost & OD tones. Just kills with the 66.I use my Eternty set to treble boost to slam it in the front & an Orange squeezer in the end for some over the top stuff. Highly recommended.

Just picked up a Fulltone 70 Fuzz from beej. This thing is awesome with the route 66!! Notes just seem to bloom & the touch dynamics are unreal. Turn up the Fuzz and it can really growl. Add a little Fulltone TTE and the tone is very cool.

Just to add ...
Retroman's NüFuzz sounds amazing through cranked Route 66 ... the fuzz does not have much gain on it's own. It's a low-mid gain fuzz on my scale but has tons of volume on tap and pushes the amp into crunch heaven. While adding the needed sizzle.

MJM LONDON FUZZ RULES! It cleanes up better than any other fuzz I have heard or played. Great little box!
