I can only imagine what kinds of things a house sound guy has had to put up with. I bet he hears some real NASTY sounding guitar amps/modellers/other junk. It must be nice for him to occasionally hear a real tube amp.

Most of the guys I work with never say anything except once in a while to turn down.

I've had a number of positive comments from sound guys on my RxES and Maz 38. Like benttop says, experienced sound guys usually have to sit through a bunch of ghastly tones, so when they hear something good, like these amps, they perk up and take notice. Some have come to the stage and said "Hey I've heard of Z's, now I get to see and hear one up close ... " and then they spend a few minutes checking it out. Quite gratifying.

its funny.. the other bands used 2 bogner shivas, another one used an orange, and I was still the only one who got a compliment.. I only play at rock clubs, so I've never been asked to turn down.. yet.
