YEP!! ;D Sorry to steal your "subject" line Hohn.... But I wanted to throw that out there too and let everyone know the RX-ES does pretty good for that stuff with the right pedals. I've got a short clip at www.guitartest.moonfruit.com .... I think it's the last one of the bottom right on the Dr. Z RX-ES page. I'm using a Jekyll & Hyde on the Hyde side with the gain dimmed and a Tubescreamer with the gain set at Zero, but it still adds some boost. And that's it.

I think mine is a phenomenal hard rock amp. I use a BB Preamp and get a great tone, but for more dirt, I use an old ProCo Rat. That gains it up a bit. The Jekyll and Hyde works, too, but I'm not crazy about the midrange response.
