The unthinkable really... I traded my maz 38 for a Remedy on Saturday. Now, I liked the maz a whole lot, but I LOVE the Remedy! I brought it out to rehearsal that night, and was completely floored by the sound. A soundman friend of mine was along, and he could not believe his ears either... I'll say it again. I LOVE the Remedy! It can do everything I've always wanted in an amp.

Yep. I have both here, and I love using both in a dual head setup. But if I'm taking one, it's the Remedy hands down.

That dual head set-up sure sounds great Steve, and I'm envious... alas, it's just not feasible to my means right now. Even with the volume down low, this has such a beautiful clean tone. Crank it up, and WOW! Just the juiciest and most present dirt I've ever heard! There are so many players out there that should try this amp I believe... the half power switch was definitely the selling point to me as well. It is LOUD!!!! Wonderful, wonderful amp!

Yes I would have to agree since I have bought my Remedy I hardly play my maz 18 nr. I took it to practice on friday night but ended up gigging with the Remedy the rest of the weekend. If it came down to one amp the maz or the Remedy it is like a no brainer even as versatile as the maz is the Remedy just gives me so much more. The maz is a great amp too I just like the overall tone of the Remedy better then the maz.
