With my new Remedy I get a loud 'pop' somwtimes when I switch the amp to standby. This happens even with the guitar volume turned off.
If the amp volumes are turned of it likely doesn't happen...but I don't have this problem with my other amps.
The 'pop' doesn't happen at all times...I'd say '1-in-3' times I switch the amp to standby.
Does this sound like a faulty standby switch that nees to be replaced?

Tube amp thang, most will do it at some time or another. My Remedy does, as does my '64 Deluxe, Ampeg J20, Tweed Super clone...............
Just play it ;^)

Yep... If my Freezer or AC is running at the time, sometimes I get it too. But not often.
