This amp is nothing short of perfect. We did an outdoor benefit gig this afternoon, so I switched the Remedy over to full power and ran it through my Mesa 3/4 closed back 1x12 and got a little "reinforcement" through the PA. I had it just on the edge of breakup, dialed my PRS down to clean it up a bit, and had either a Fat Boost 2 or OCD to add crunch. I can't imagine needing anything else! ;D

You're lucky!!! I've done a few small gigs with the Remedy (mine is RED so it sounds best! ) but at half power with the BrakeLite. I can't wait to do a gig at the end of the month at an outdoor pavilion!! The Z-Best is doing that one with the Remedy! I've played at full power in the rehearsal studio but it was way LOUD but BEAUTIMOUS loud! I'm lovin' it too!

That's two great reviews. I've only had mine since Thurs, (No T.27026) and only managed an hour or so with it BUT that vol blending facility is amazing. It sure makes the Z best hop! The Red light is serious bright, you could read by it in the dark! If you manage to get any clips of your gigs I'd be very pleased to hear 'em.

No sound clips yet, but we're working on it. We wanted to record yesterday's gig with two mics out front, but with 20 mph winds and intermittent rain, it wasn't going to happen. This is the only picture I have from yesterday. The sun finally came out, but the person who took the shot decided to take it while our singer was standing off to the side . . . right in front of the Remedy!

I'll admit, red does sound best, but I'm thinking about changing my jewel light to green, since a green jewel lets more of the guitars natural tone come through. It must be true . . . I read it on the internet! Full power and an open area in front is a great thing! This is why I bought the Remedy in the first place, but the half-power switch makes it perfect for indoor gigs, too. I probably need to grab a BrakeLite for some of the smaller bars we play, and I'll be all set!

Yes it is. I had problems with the high failure rate of the currant #47 bulbs I was buying from New Sensor. So I opted for the higher currant rated #44 bulb from CE Dist. better quality and life , but it does shine a bit brighter.
Engineering always a trade off.

Thanks Doc, I don't mind the brightness in the least. The amp is a beauty. John at Peach gave me his opinion of it which was enough to convince me.
