Hi fellas. After lurking here a bit to figure out what I wanted, I finally ordered a Remedy yesterday. I wanted to thank all you guys that have gone through the trouble of explaining and recording your rigs. It sure helps. So six weeks or so from now I should be pretty happy. I don't gas often and I'm no pro by any stretch but this amp just kind of reared up grabbed my attention. Looking forward to introducing this beast to my Tele, Strat, SG and Ric 330 (shameless gear list, sorry).

Hey Markz, welcome to the forum!
I know you're gonna love the Remedy. I've been around awhile and have owned enough amps to know what amps are the "real deal", and the Remedy is certainly that. It's not just hype. You've got a nice selection of axes; I know the Strat, Tele, and SG will sound great, but I haven't tried a Ric with a Remedy. Let us know what you think when you get it.

With high gains in the RIC I'm sure it will get out of hand pretty quick! ;D I am going to have step up my playing as I do not want to tarnish the brand. From another newbie and Remedy owner, Welcome! You're in for a treat! Thanks for the welcome. I really labored over choosing one amp and it hasn't gone unoticed that owning just one Z is not easy.

... I found that just owning six was not that easy! Had to have a Remedy even though I had imposed a personal limit of six. So now I have seven....ACK! And they are all great, but the Remedy is commanding MOST of my attention lately.

The Remedy arrived on Wednesday. This amp is fantastic. I was able to get the volume dimed for a bit (1/2 power only) at work yesterday (big warehouse and I have keys). Holy moly can it get loud! Plenty of growl and I am really loving the cleans. I ordered a Z 1x12 cab along with the Remedy and man does this cab sound huge. How does he do it? I would question that I was hearing a single 12 without prior knowledge of what was there. My early thoughts are that the Remedy can cover a lot of sonic ground no matter the style. Pedals? LOL! Reverb? LOL! My ears won't let me.

Congratulations, you made a super good first Z Amp choice! I've only had mine 3 days, 11 hours, 17.5 minutes but this amp is clearly my new number 1 First Place amp.
Enough time chatting, gotta get back to playing ;D.

To my ears it is great tool to get the Remedy cooking without getting blowed out.

Welcome to Remedy and Z land...IMHO the Remedy is my favorite amp in 50 amps and 43 years of playing...My playing went up 3 notches with the Remedy it likes pedals or no pedals. Just a GRAND SLAM BY DR Z... ENJOY.. Did you all hear; you can use a Brake Lite w/ a cab too. Brent said I can use a Brake Lite w/ my Convertible Cab...
