You may have read on this forum where I said that one of my favorite guitar tones of all time is Andy Aledort with his '60s Strat and a Jimi Hendrix 100JH Marshall half stack on the "How To Play Axis:Bold As Love DVD". Those bad boys (the full Marshall stack, sold only in that config) is like $8000.
Yesterday I went in my GC and what did I find? A mint used Marshall 100JH full stack for the low asking price of $5000.
A year ago the thought might have went through my head (as Data said in Star Trek:First Contact "for .68 seconds") about how I might get that Marshall, even though I don't have 5K and I swore 10 years ago I'd never buy anything but Z's. Now, however, I've got a Remedy, and it sounds just as good or better, and is way more versatile volume wise. Plus, it looks great.
Now if I could just get a 7 foot tall Z Stack that's as tall as that Marshall stack...maybe two red Z-Bests with the Remedy on top?

Just find go back to GC and ask about the price on the EVH 5150III cabs and buy two of those. They were deeply discounted a couple months ago and are great sounding cabs. Remove the logos and glue on a Z and you all fixed up!

$750 I have had to stop myself from buying another one several times. Not because I need another, but because I might not find them cheap later on and my Swarts sound massive through them. Not louder just massive. The RxJr sounds so rockin through it. DAVE

GC online price is still $1,100. I'll have to check my local store to see if they have any at the $750 price!
