I've been prowling for a good used 1x12 Maz 38 for a few weeks now. Seems like I saw them off and on over the last several months but now that I want to buy one there ARE none. Just my luck.

What part of the country are you in? If you're near Kansas City I might sell mine but I won't ship it. Ultimately I want a Maz 38 with reverb head.

If you are in Upstate New York, (meaning the far north--not Westchester County), check out Lauzon Music in Ottawa, Ontario. They usually have a good inventory of Z's.....I would think they sometimes have used ones. I bought mine new there a while back. They are great amps!!

The Maz38 is hard to find used. Before I bought mine new I looked on Ebay for quite some time and got sick of waiting and bit the bullet and bought new. I have loved this amp ever since I got it home. Why not buy new as the Dr will look after you with a great warranty. Everyone on this forum has said great things about how he stands by his product.

I've got a used Maz 38. I "use" it every week! You will find one, even if you don't end up getting billy's. I went for a new one, so I had control over color and speaker configuration. Best to you.

I should update this thread - I did end up finding one, in absolute mint condition. I already have a Mazerati and while I love it, I think the Maz speaks to me a little more. Will be picking up an Airbrake later this week and I can't wait.

I keep finding new tones it seems on a daily basis. It's almost too many good tones, and it's causing me option anxiety!

I thought about selling my Red/S&P 2x10 combo. I absolutely love it, but I think a head version would work better for my setup right now.
