Just got my (used) Maz 38. It sounds fantastic, but the reverb is completely dead. I know I can go back to the seller, but I'd prefer getting it to work. WHat do I look for (before I go to the "shop") Dickie

I'll bet ya its the reverb tub. Got another amp w/ reverb and some RCA cables to check? Make sure both cables are seated well, Also could be V3 or V4 but I'm bettin' on the tub.

Thanks. I bought it on ebay - the seller insists it was working when shipped - and it was really well packed and no sign of being dropped. What is the tub? Is that the same as the tank? Are V3 and V4 both reverb related? Where do you buy a "tub" and what is stock on the Maz 38 Sr?
A lot of questions..but.......... THanks

Buddies right I bet it is the Tub/ Reverb Tank. If you pull it out check the four thin wires that connect to the tanks RCA jacks, I bet one is broken off, happens from bouncing around during shipping.
Many suppliers sell them just get a 8ABXXX that will swap out fine, or look on the tank itself for the inked on part number and get that one. Any Fender or Mesa Tank will swap .
