Any ideas? No sound at all. No hum, hiss, popping, nothing. Fuses are good. Rec Tube is good (I changed it just to check) It's hooked up to a speaker. It was working last night. I plugged it in and nothing! Thanks all!

Did you check the fuses with an ohm meter or bug light? They often look ok but are not.
Next would be to check the plug on your speaker cable to make sure it's not developed a broken connection. Also check that a terminal hasn't come undone at the speaker end. I pulled on a wire to one of mine here and the crimp was bad - the wire pulled right out.
Make a 100% physical inspection of everything - 9 times out of 10 the problem is something mechanical - loose, this, disconnected that, whatever.
Let us know what you find.

Weird thing....It was a cracked phase inverter tube. Maybe the cold?

Weird thing....It was a cracked phase inverter tube. Maybe the cold? Ah! As I said, it's usually something mechanical. Never seen that one before, but I'll be looking the next time for sure.

Weird thing....It was a cracked phase inverter tube. Maybe the cold? Sometimes the bases can crack a bit when you put them in, and then a little bump and they loswe the vacuum.
