Just ordered a Blonde Maz 38 Senior 2-10 model today. I purchased a Blonde Maz 18 Junior 1-12 and had it about 2 months. I was floored how the Maz 18 blew away my 2 Fender Deluxe Reverbs and 2 Blues Juniors. It convinced me I didn't need the Fenders anymore and I ordered the Maz Senior. I ordered it from Willcutt Guitars at their "DR. Z" day and got an additional %10 discount. How could you go wrong? The good DR was sitting next to the phone when I ordered it. How cool is that? They said it should be about 4 weeks for delivery. Can't wait. I wonder is anybody else caught the DR.Z day special.

Heynewguy.... That's going to be a really nice Amplifier in the 2x10 Combo! IMHO you will have the best combination of Amps you could ever ask for. Let us know how you like it. Mark

I'm thinking of getting that speaker switcher made by radial enginering, so I can switch between 1-12 or 2-10's.

I typically use one of them with one Z-Best cab and a Carmen Ghia for lead tones and Z-28 for clean tones. Simple and easy to use rig. If I use pedals they go through the Z-28.

Congrats! I love my Senior. Now you can run in stereo! Just feed the guitar into a stereo chorus and into both of your "Z"'s. Sonic nirvana ;D!!

Dude! I just ordered my new Maz 38 Senior NR three days ago, also with blonde tolex in the 2x10 combo. You said they said 4 weeks? Wow I wonder what the turn around time will be for mine.

Well the amp is here. What a beauty. A little on the heavy side(weight). I think it has more tone than the Maz 18. Maybe becasue of the extra power. I love the ten's. Very nice. I got curious and plugged in the G12H just for fun. I love the 12 too!. I really think that you just can't get a bad sound out of these amps. You can adjust the amp any way you want it sounds great. I'll try and post a picture when I get some time. new

Wow... I'm surprised you have posted this soon after receiving your new amp! I thought you would forget all about writing us here when you found your new Z on your doorstep. You are right, you just can't make a Z sound bad. Well, as I am ampless until mine arrives, I'll just have to settle for living vicariously through reading about you guys in Toneville. Thanks, heynewguy. I'll let you know when Z is at my doorstep.

Hi guys:) I just got my MAZ 38 Sr yesterday. Blonde tolex, salt n' pepper grill, maple front, reverb model and fx-loop. Sounds great. Big TONE, attack and punch. Sounds better, more headroom on low in than hi input I think. More fendrey than a Matchless DC-30, ( ch2) brighter if you will...Way better than a Vox AC-30 more tone, punch and attack.. Is's in your face infact.. But the reverb was not working.. I tried to replace the tubes, still not working. I e-mailed Stu, still waiting for a reply. Anyone got an idea?
