Several years ago I built kind of a crazy cab.....housing 2 10's on top at 4ohm and a 15" at the bottom 8ohm. Can a Z28 run them both simultaneously....4ohm to 4ohm and 8ohm to 8ohm???

If you wire it correctly no problem. Depending on how you do it, it could be 8 or 4 ohms. If I combine my two 8 ohm cabs I'm at 4 ohms. If you have two 16 ohm cabs done right it's 8 ohms.

ASAT....You missed it......2 10" wired to 4 ohm......1 15" wired to 8ohm....all in the same cab but independent of each other!!!! Can I run the 10's from the 4ohm output and the 15" from the 8ohm output at the SAME time??
In other words 2 speaker cables coming out of the z28....one out of each output jack.

I don't speak first hand but I know I've read on here several times that you absolutely don't want to do that to your trannie

The best thing to do would be to wire them serial (or get a serial adapter if you don't want to change the cab wiring) and come out of your 8 ohm tap. Connecting the 8 to a 12 ohm load will be fine.
