I have a Spirit Studio Pro amp. 7.5 watts (1 6v6). This uses a Weber 10a125 (20-30 watt) speaker. If I swap out & up to a 60 watt; Weber California speaker will it yield more headroom & Bottom?
I have a Gallery Picture of my rig on the 1st page of the MAZ jr. section.
Comments Welcomed & Appreciated.

More headroom, no. Both speakers will be operating far away from their limits. If you really mean volume instead of headroom, that will depend on the efficiency of each speaker. Bottom, I own neither speaker so I cannot say. For efficiency and "bottom" numbers, ask Ted.

Generally, a lower-powered speaker will be more sensitive and give you more volume if you aren't going to run higher power.
If you want a LOUD speaker, get the 15W ceramic magnet Blue Dog with no/minimal dope.
