Wow....used my 6545 at practice last night. Had not used it in a little while. I had almost forgotten how loud this amp is. Of course I like to run it pretty wide open but man is this thing ever loud. The tone was wonderful but I would be hard pressed find a venue large enough to let it really breathe.
Love the amp and the tone. Just wish it was a little less on the volume side of things....even at lower volume settings it is really, really loud. A very efficient design.

But it never saw any use because it was SO loud. Hated what the attenuator did to it. Finally sold it. Miss it, but... Great amp design for sure!!!

To quote Danster, put it on the floor and let it roar! Gotta love that 45 side and a little easier to tame.

And, that's about it! ;D I'm really interested in checking out the KT when it hits the shelves. Have a great EL34, open/percussive/punchy, amp here now, but am still interested when Z drops them on the market.
