Welcome to the group!
You didn't say what speaker you have in your RXES. Speakers are a Godsend for a final tone tweak. I have a couple of Weber Ceramic Blue Dogs here that I thought were very dark in one amp, but they sound phenomenal with my RXES.

Oh yeah! Speakers! They are G12m 25 watt greenbacks. Maybe a "beam blocker" ?

Well if your problem is the spike going straight out in front and giving the front row a haircut, the beam blockers are a good idea. They will kill that beam of treble and spread it evenly over the entire stage. The folks in the front row will appreciate it, and you'll like it. But your fellow musicians, who are not used to hearing you, may or may not appreciate it.
Those speakers are pretty popular with the RXES. Where are you running your tone controls?

At the moment Treble 2 Middle 5 Bass 7. I have an Amperex 12ax7 in v1 mullard EF 86 and a GT 12ax7 in the phase inverter slot... GT el84 quad... could it be that the speakers aren't broke in yet. The previous owner did'nt play very loud. Like 1 or 2 on the volume... I am coming from playing an Orange OR120 for the last 8 years so maybe I am just use to that sound.

Well I suppose they could be still in the break in period. Some folks here like to hook the stereo to their speakers and pound them day and night for a week to get them good and loose. But you sort of need a place to do that where it won't drive everyone mad. If you have any other cabs hanging around, you could probably get a feel for it by trying that. If not, you might have to wait out the break in period. You've already got your treble almost off, so that's not going to provide any help. Of course some tube changes will make a difference, but I wouldn't have any specific recommendations there. You might post a question in the Ask the Experts section for member mikekca or myles - both of those guys know tubes inside and out. In fact, myles has a really long thread going over there - like 49 pages or so. I bet this has come up in there somewhere...

Greenbacks are many things good, but icepicks is not a usual description one hears about them. You say it is an '05? I suspect tube(s). Steve is right on about Myles. Myles is a national treasure. I occasionally save the entire "ask Myles" thread; and I read it too. I read his responses in the "tubes" section too. There is gold in there.

No "exaggeration" Want close up photos of the bent latches and wheel lock? None of which was your fault! UPS blows! If I tried to "scam" you you are sadly mistaken! Check your ebay feedback! It's an awesome amp... Just lots of treble!
