Y............Thank you "young" master. It only took 40+ years of searching for the right amp, a 40 year old guitar, and 35+ years of lissnin' to the Rev. to get here... His riffs...not mine. However poorly executed...thx just the same.

Thx a hella bunch Eric...really. I do try. Believe it or not, the bass line was the hardest part of that tune for me. I've been listening to the guitar parts for sooo long, and playing them, it was just kind of natural. Thx again man...

Actually bro....It was the clean channel (1).
That tune doesn't call for much OD. I was absolutely CRUSHED a while back to learn that he (the Rev. Billy G) used a Strat on that song. Dusty and his brother Rocky (hella bass player BTW) told me so while I was lookin' him square (well, I AM a "little" taller than he..lol....got pix to prove it) in the eye. ('Nuther story)
Arrrrghhhh!!!!
All these years, I thought it was Pearly. Just goes to show ya, you NEVER, EVER know 'bout that 'ol boy..... ;D

I've been wondering how the hell one gets the kinda tone out of a Les Paul as he has on the original.

Thx a bunch Dock(66).... ;D...really. It means a lot when your peers take the time to say they appreciate what you do. I prolly have 3 or 4 days in the recording/mixing/mastering of that simple little diddy. Even if it 'aint mine (I wish).

Shiny, Tony. I like to think that if the good Dr put some of your tones on his site, Galaxies would be flying off the shelves.
