Hey guys...almost time to order my new Z FINALLY. I do however need some help as this is enough of an investment that I wish to take good care of my new Z stuff by putting it all in cases between gigs.
What I need are the dimensions of the StangRay head and the 2x12 open-back cabinet so that I can pick out a decent case for both items.
Any suggestions for places to get cases would also be much appreciated. So far it looks like Audiopile.net sells the best option with EWI Tour Cases. They are great cases and really reasonable as well.
Thanks in advance for your responses.

The head is the same as the Maz Jr/Sr. The cab is the same as the Maz 2x12 Combo. I bought StudioSlips Clamshell covers for my Stingray and 2x12 open back, and I used the Maz head and 2x12 combo dimensions, and it came out perfect.

The Dr. Z Website has all the proper info. Check the Speaker Cabinets section and the StangRay Section. Congratulations!!

Thanks for the great and prompt responses everyone! Thanks also for the congratulations from Bluzman. I am SO looking forward to finally getting my Z!
Now I just have to decide which color covering to go with...I'm stuck between Red and Blonde. I wish the blonde were more like white...but I still like it better than black. The red would of course stand out nicely and I think I am leaning that direction. After spending this kind of money on this absolute TREASURE I certainly don't want an amp covering that blends into the scenery. If they had neon plad tolex I think I might have to give it a shot! lmao

Go with the Red with a blond or black face. Red sounds better! You'll did it! ------------------------------------ I mean... you'll dig it!! Thanks Steve!
