I just purchased a NOS Rec for my Mazerati, but when I was changing out the old one, one of the contact pins came out with the old tube, so I just inserted it onto the NOS tube same position and plugged her back in.
It works so I'm not gonna touch it, but is this going to be a problem??? Are the pins wired in some way or does this happen often???

The rectifiers have a pin that is not attached to anything inside the amp so sometimes it will pull the pin out. This happens all the time, so just plug it back in and continue rocking!

I guess it isn't the pin on the tube, but rather, it's the connector that the tube pin slides into from the amp that pulled out of the chassis.... That is what came out of the amp, but I installed it onto the Rec pin, in the same position as the old one, and reinserted it back into the amp, it still works, but I don't know if these connectors are soldered into the amp, wired in, or just held in place......
