Gig was very cool. If you read in the Z-Lounge it was quite the jam session. 35 mins of original intrumental music became 75-80 with uncharted high voltage and mellow jams. Anyway, while I brought the stack I only plugged into the 1x12 G12H30 cab with the back open and it sounded great. As most of the stuff we played was clean based I set her up loud at a 12,12,3 o'clocks and used a compressor and a DOD308 for some grit on certian parts. This proved to be a very nice loud almost cleansound. What made the stack really handy was for the songs that required a dirty guitar for most of the parts I just turned around and adjusted to 3,3,3 set up and used the guitar for the breif clean parts. This turn around and adjust instantly into Z-gain land proved so powerful at the end of the show when we did our feedback outro. The sound of this amp pushed with a compressor pushing it a bit more is just simply wonderful cutting lead tone. I really suck at the gig tone reports, but we all know how great these things sound. It was extremly dark in this club and all the photo were taken with a flash. Which to say the least was blinding to us players. In all I don't know if I can say the G12H30 sounds better than the 2x10's but man it sounded great. Nothing like the other 12's I have plugged in with this amp. Hopeing to post some video clips soon, DAVE

That stack looks really sweet up there. Did you record any of the sweet jams?

yeah, it's on video in Ft.Lauderdale and I don't think he has a video editing program on his computer. So when ever I get the with him and have time I hope to get a video or two out of it.
From what I heard the video is very dark and the only logo you can see is the triple Z's....

That looks great. What are the width and heights of those cabs? Will a 2x10 combo sit on top of one (as if I really need it)?

I'm pretty sure the cabs are made to match size of the combos.

What a great gig amp. I played Fri & Sat nite this week, and that Z just sings.
I've found a nice, spanky setting:
Bass: 3 Treble: 4 Volume: 4
OCD pedal, gain pretty low, like 2 or 3, and it just has a SNAP to it, so thick and smacky sounding.
Truly an awesome amp.

Ha ha, no no no, if those were o'clock, that'd be the "hide the women & children" setting!
I haven't played a venue large enough for that! In fact, I don't think I've ever had the tone controls over 5 for either one.
Whoever said this baby ain't loud enough for gigs, I honestly don't know what planet they're on.
