Is there an easy way to "de-reverb" a MAZ Jr. with reverb?

Is there an easy way to "de-reverb" a MAZ Jr. with reverb? Slowly take the "reverb" knob, and CALMLY turn it counter-clockwise. Once it reaches the point at which it can no longer be turned, you have acheived the process of "de-reverb." (Sorry, just couldn't resist..... ;D) I'm not sure if there's an easy "mod" to do this, but it does make me a bit curious as well. I find myself using less and less reverb with my MAZ 18 and 38, and after playing the "NR" versions I wonder if I should have gone that direction to begin with... J
