I briefly put my Jetta head up for sale. I sat down with it, played for a while and realized, "what am I doing?" That is truly one special amp. It's one of those amps that just does what nothing else does. The Doctor has a great design here (as if the entire line isn't amazing), and if you've never gotten to hear one, I hope you get the chance. I'm thankful that I came to my senses and decided to keep it.

I brought my Ghia into the shop to finalize tweaks on the 35th. anniversary release. So I took a JETTA chassis home to play , and it freaks me out that this unique and special amp hasn't been more popular. Excellent price point, great Metro effects loop, amazing sounding output tubes that are not used on any other production amp, and very functional PPIMV. Z |

I agree, Doc. It's a go-to gig amp for me: modest weight (combo), plenty of power, great MV and easy to dial in. Wish there were more gigs in my area  |

Jetta is a bad boy, drive that front end with an overdrive, open up that master and look out! Its a thick toned amp with a rich and bold character, love mine.

I agree on the great tone and price point!!
The Jetta head is my first Dr Z amp and I
dig it a whole bunch!! The notes are rich and clear!!
Weather you play single coils or humbuckers,
this amp delivers great tone..and a powerful
30 watts that will scream on a big stage
or whisper in your bedroom practice sessions..
Best amp I’ve ever owned!!
