I've been using a Boss DD-500 and it sounds amazing with the Jetta!
I'm just curious what others are using...

I've had excellent results with a Strymon Flint in the effects loops of Jetta, Nova and CAZ-45 -- every Z I've tried it with in the loop.

The Strymon Flint and the Deco are on my short list...seems like a quality company.

I've been using a Strymon Flint in the loop of my Cure. I feel like it completes the amp. I didn't like it as much in the loop of my Nova. It'd get a little ragged with the amp's Overdrive channel engaged.

I'll third the Flint.

I am running a Milkman f-stop and an EHX Canyon through the effects loop, with all other drive and modulation through the front of the amp. Really like that setup.

The Boss DD-200 works great in the loop. I just picked one up to replace my DD-500 and is about 1/2 the size and still has way more options than I'll ever use.
The Keeley Hydra reverb and tremolo pedal also works well in the effects loop, but I'm using straight into the amp...sounds great either way.

Never really use the FX loop on any of my Z's but all this talk has me wondering. Tried my TC Electronic Nova System through the loop and it sounded really nice! Always good to try new things!!
