I have an American Original 50's strat. I bought a solderless wiring harness to experiment with HSS . Is there any opinion on something like a Pro Track or similar Pickup to use with a Strat and My Cure . Thanks Guys . Just looking for this type of Pup that would work best with the Cures over all tones . My wiring harness is from ObsidionWire HSS with Treble bleed obsidianwire.com/collections/pro-wire-your-strat%C2%AE/products/custom-hss-wiring-for-strat

I have a CS relic strat that I loaded the bridge position with a ProTrack great sounding pickup in that guitar PAF-ish along the lines of a classic 57+ FWIW I switched back to the original strat pickup to keep the guitar stock, but the ProTrack was really good and awaits another guitar have fun if you go in that direction

I like a lower wind vintage PAF style with the Cure when going humbucker. I'm not sure how the DiMarzio sounds first hand, but their site says vintage PAF sound so it's worth a shot.
I've never experimented with the single coil size humbuckers other then Seymour Duncan's JB Jr. I didn't care for it.
You'll have to let us know what you decide and how you like it.
