Hey guys. I posted a few week ago about a noise I’ve been having on my Jetta. I have since replaced all the tubes as well as cleaned all inputs and pots with no luck. I’m not sure what to do next. I think I might just need to send it in for repair or take it somewhere local. I’ll link a video of the sound when I finally got it on video. I need help. I love this amp so much but the noise is so loud I don’t want to play it out anymore.

Sure sounds like a bad tube to me. But if you swapped them all, then maybe a bad solder connection. If you decide to send it in , which would be your best choice, all we need is the chassis not that whole combo.

Also do I need to submit a repair form or anything like that first?

Yes contact Don @ repairs@drzamps.com. He's send you a RA form , fill it out and return wit the JETTA chassis. If you need to talk to Don his direct line is 216-475-1962.
BTW is that recording with the crackle with the new set of tubes installed ?

Seems to start crackling after about 30-40 minutes of playing. Once it’s nice and warm.
