The Z 4x10 cabinet is a wonderful cabinet, but I need it to be 8 ohms. Can I rewire it from 4 ohms to 8 ohms?

With the 16 ohm 10s I don't think you can get to 8 ohms in a 410. Or at least I don't know a way. You can get to 16 ohms if that will help. It would then be fine in an eight ohm tap. You put two pairs of two speakers in series wiring and then each of those pairs in parallel with each other and you will get 16 ohms. It's the old Marshall 412 wiring.

With four 16 ohm speakers your choices are 1. parallel wiring and 4 ohms, 2. series and 64 ohms (ha!) or 3. series-parallel and 16 ohms.
