I received this today. www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Cordovox-Empty-Guitar-Speaker-Cab-2x12-/154365679696?_trksid=p2047675.l2557&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&nma=true&si=It looks even better in person than in the photos. Still solid after 60+ years. I will stick a Texas Heat and a C-Gold in it because I have them just laying around unused and I think they might be a good match. I'm a sucker for unusual looking vintage gear and I like repurposing it. It even has the original cover with white piping and Cordovox logo. For those interested this was part of a system for accordion. The full set up consisted of two of these 2x12 cabinets with the required electronics distributed between the cabs. Thus the reason for the venting on the back. Also there was a Leslie licensed Cordovox cabinet available to augment the 2x12 cabs which was actually the forerunner of the Fender Vibratone with the Styrofoam drum rotor. I never had a chance to hear the full system but I'll bet it sounded magnificent.

I wound up with a WGS Veteran 30 and a Scumback M75 in it. I have had compliments from the other guitarist in my band and other people at rehearsal about the sound.
