Try V1. I got into some hum a while back and it was the first tube.

Probably not much help, but yesterday I left a reverb pedal on all night plugged into the amp. Plugged in the guitar this morning, turned on the amp. It was humming a little. I turned off the pedal hum gone turned it back on, still no hum. Moral of the story, also check cables, pedals and other external stimuli.
Then there’s this:

Try it in a different room. Might be some electrical interference in the room (?)
Is the IEC cable plugged all the way in? Sometimes those can work loose although that's a long shot.
My 1-10 Ghia had a Brakelite installed, which created additional contact points. If you have a BL, maybe check those plugs.
I don't have much else to offer......

If you have a spare set of known good power tubes give them a try. A power tube may be worn out or going south. IIRC, is a set of power tubes begins to drift spec-wise over time this can cause hum ( hence one of the main reasons that a matched set of power tubes is usually recommended. Even more so, if one or both of your power tubes is about to go it may induce hum.
