My "new-to-me" Route/"Interstate" 66 has a "hum." I recorded this video after the amp had been on for 30-45 minutes on stand-by. I'm open to any insight anyone has. Thank you! -Dave

I would think the suspects would be a tube or the filter capacitors.

It could be the output tubes going south on you. They'll hum like that when one is drawing significantly more or less current than it's twin. Might want to check the bias as well, it's specified at 36mA. That's more of a long shot (unless your tubes are running really hot or redplating). I'm thinking filter caps are possible too, but I'd think it is more likely a tube. Is it quiet for the first half hour?
