Hi. I’ve got some Greenback 10s to try in my 2 x 10 z cab. How to I get the existing speaker cables off of the terminals on the z speakers? They seem really tight and I don’t want to break something. It looks like a normal clip to me but isn’t budging.

Wiggle ‘em side to side very slightly while maintaining pulling pressure. You might try to hold the speaker tab while pulling if you can get a grip on it.
I’ve had plenty hard to get on but never that hard to get off.

You may be doing this already. Instead of pulling them straight off, try rocking them a little side to side as you pull. I've found that they are usually tight (sometimes really tight) the first time you pull them off. I've used some needle nosed pliers to grab them by the side under where the wire is in the terminal and again as I pulled did some rocking. Be careful though. Might also try a very, very tiny amount of oil down the little shafts that secure it to the speaker terminal. Be careful to protect the speaker. If you have some really small needle nosed pliers, you may be able to put them in the shaft and then gently bend the loop that grabs on to the speaker open a bit. Again, be really careful. If you do that, you will want to bend them back before you put them back on.

Thanks I will keep try carefully. I just saw something on internet about a little locking strip but not sure if these have that or not.

Make sure someone didn't solder them on. If you have a small screw driver you can open up the clips a little but be VERY careful, its easy to slip and damage the speaker cone.
