Greetings Dr. Z fans,
Just got my Jetta last week and been thoroughly enjoying it in every way.
I recorded a few videos to demo the lead tone and cleans I've dialed in so far. I was a little rusty with Cubase so I just used my cell phone.
If you think I'm using too much delay it's because I've been deprived of it for the last 4 years using my Soldano HR50+ which had a crappy effects loop that I never did find a delay pedal to work with so yes, I am abusing the delay and in case you're wondering it is an Earthquaker Master Dispatch that is amazing. The loop in this amp is amazing too.
I can't seem to get enough of this Jetta...I play some leads and then come down on some cleans...then switch guitars and repeat.

Nice. welcome to the forum. What made you pick the Jetta as your first Z amp?
I was looking for something that would be suitable for home practice and recording, would take pedals well, had a good effects loop and of course sounded good for high gain lead, rhythm and had good cleans.
I'd considered one of the Marshall studio series but had a feeling it was going to be too loud even at the 5 watt setting. I knew the cleans were going to be a compromise and have read the loop has issues with volume dropping so my heart was never set on the marshall 100%.
There other amps I was contemplating was a Mesa Fillmore or California Tweed. I struggled to find any clips on youtube that I was crazy about for the type of sound I wanted.
Then I came across the Dr. Z Jetta - a little more than a Marshall Studio and little less than a Fillmore 50 or 25. I read some questionable things about the line level/instrument level loop in the Mesas and didn't want to go through more mental breakdowns trying to find a delay pedal compatible with the loop like the brain damage I went through with my Soldano HR50+ (since sold). Honestly, the music shop must have thought I had some sort of delay fetish buying delays and returning them a day or so later over the course of 4 years with the Soldano.
After having spent time with the Jetta I feel like it checks all the boxes and I'm completely satisfied with it. It is voiced very well and sounds very clear and pure. It is surprisingly good at low volume with the way the Master was designed. The effects loop is bullet proof and had some internal switch/adjustment if needed. Handwired and built in the USA makes for a top quality product. With a good drive box and/or OD and a delay, I've got all the sounds I want without compromise. I hope my clips demonstrate what the amp is capable of with a distortion box and delay for anyone wondering how well it handles gain and what the high gain lead character sounds like.

That setup and playing sounds pretty good.
I concur on the Dispatch Master. I bought one last year for the sole purpose of running in the loop of my high gain amps. Simple reverb/delay in one pedal.
