Hi All, I am having an issue with my newly upgraded-to-Mark II NR.
For years I have been using different Maz amps plugging guitar straight into front of amp and using fx loop for volume and gain control and delay effect. I also like my Polytune at the end of the fx loop chain because I can mute everything including amp hum and modulation sounds from the delay pedal.
The problem I am having now is even when I mute with the Polytune and the volume pedal, I still get a very slight guitar sound coming through the speaker, so I can't use the tuner without everyone hearing the guitar. Is there a parallel signal that is supposed to go around the fx loop on the Mark II?

I think it’s a function of the Polytune. I have to position my polytune on the front end of my effects board or I get a bleed from the buffered delay. At one time, and I don’t remember the pedal chain at that time, when I would engage the polytune (tuner mode) I would get a stream of white noise. Hope my experience helps.

Interesting. The only thing is that this has not been a problem with other Maz amps, but they were Reverb models. Also the volume pedal (rocked back) before the Polytune should be blocking the signal from even getting to it.

You could remove the patch into the ploytune (leave all other cables patched), that way the loop is engaged (Send and return jacks occupied), but the loop is broken, so if you are then still getting guitar its somehow making it across the loop jacks internally (a switching jack issue).
