Long project do to my lack of control when it comes to making speaker choices. Peter Mather delivered these on time, to the day that he promised when I order them. The differences to the Dr Z Shorty is that I wanted a closed back option because certain gigs and stage setups in the past gave me troubles with the open back. So we did a split back with a 60/40 split. I also swap speakers a lot to try different things. The smaller cabs with closed backs give me a punch with out the boominess of deeper cabs. The 1x12 is loaded with (depending on my mood) a Texas Heat or if I'm feeling a little more British the CV65. That is probably what I like most about the Z28, it works really well with either voice speaker. It has two sides and does both of them without compromise. The 2x10 is in flux at the moment, but more than likely it will be loaded with a RF10C and a RF Alnico. I have two alnico's in it and when left semi open it's not as quick as the Dr Z Cab. Most likely the alnico compared to the ceramics. So when the RF10c comes in weeks from now I hope to have the best of both worlds. I'll get more pictures of the cabs themselves later.

Looks great man! I’m still looking for a black one myself. I just purchased a Blonde 1x12 Shorty, that should be on the way shortly. I only wish my head was a little older, because the carpet doesn't match the drapes.

So this happened today. Blonde 1x12 just landed in my lap this week that to a forum member. It matches very well to the 2x10, my head on the other hand is more flesh than blonde.
