When it comes to output...something in the medium to slightly less category. As for Seymour Duncan Both the 5-2 and the Jerry Donahue models are very close to the LeBrea in terms of output.
But keep in mind, 95% of the tone is in your hands. Brad uses a lot of different amps...both in recording and live gigs. Not to mention a lot of pedals.

I'd suggest trying the LaBrea set - they sound pretty good.

The stock custom shop pickups in my CS '69 paisley Tele get pretty close with the ZW Jr. Beyond that, I've always had great luck with Lollars. I'll bet if you emailed them they could offer a recommendation.

The stock pups in my Nash tele's and my Wreck all get into the Paisley tone area easily. To get more of his tone, I've discovered that I have to practice his stuff more.

Thanks everybody. I thought about giving shot to La Brea set. Just couldn't find demo videos and etc. I have 2 teles. One is Wildwood 10 62 CS and with WW10 twisted tele set. It does have that vintage fender tone and I can get in Paisley ballpark with volume & cut at 11, bass- 1 o'clock and treble at 11. However, I been prating a lot of Paisley tunes and for playability reasons I am trying to use my second tele which is Tom Anderson T Icon. Its one of the best sounding tele i ever played, super light & resonant but pickups are very different. With the same Z Wreck settings my bass is too muddy and I dont have that tele bite. Its like TA pickup have wider frequency range but more flat. I am probably doing horrible job describing lol but hopefully it makes sense. Thanks again P.S Really impressed that nobody gave me " go browse net and search for old threads " , much appreciated

I tried Lollars once in a buddy’s Nash and struggled with them. To be fair it was one gig. They sounded great until I pushed them a little too hard and they seemed to lose definition. Coincidentally, I put Fralin’s Blues Specials in my Tele shortly thereafter, which Brad reportedly used for quite a while. Was not a major Brad fan at the time. But when I plug into my RXJR its the Time Well Wasted album tone all day long.
They are tried and true and have covered a lot of ground for me, not just Paisley tones. Very customizable options too. Can do a covered neck or uncovered for a more versatile stratty tone.

If you can find them, Peter Florance Voodoo pickups would sound very close to Brad. I have a TE-50 and TE-59 in my guitars.
