It's New guitar day for me. I have a butterscotch blonde, black guard reliced tele (partscaster) on the UPS truck today. It was Duncan Broadcaster PUPs on it. Looking forward to getting it and trying it out.

Well here she is. Haven't had a chance to play her much yet but did plug her in to make sure everything works fine. Neck feels good. The relicing isn't too over the top. Just some light checking. The paint rubbed away where your arm sits and then a bit of buckle rash. I wish the hardware was aged a bit and then the neck reliced a bit, but other than that, it's fine. I'm fine with it for what I paid for it. Then the Duncan Broadcaster pickups are good pickups. The bridge isn't overly twangy. Definitely has a snap to it, but it's a tele. They seem to take drive pretty well. Thankfully I'm off work the rest of the week, so I'll be able to test her out really well this week! 20200421_174844_HDR by Johnathan, on Flickr 20200421_174905 by Johnathan, on Flickr

Thanks guys!! Believe it or not, this is my first Tele style guitar, after well over 20 years total of playing guitar (off and on). Although I always love a good Les Paul, I'm absolutely loving this tele and will probably definitely have another one at some point. Definitely, at least, want a Tele Deluxe style guitar before it's all said and done!
