Enough clean tone to play with a drummer? (-Remedy no master volume- without Air brake- and playing with hambuckers)
Thanks!

It depends on what you mean by clean and how loud your drummer is. I gigged it for a year in a country / classic rock band and my Tele's had no problem staying clean with a loud drummer. Clean with a little hair on it. I switched to a ZLux because the Remedy can't really do that classic country clean tone with a LOUD drummer. It wasn't created for that. The Remedy is a great amp and they're a steal right now on the used market!

I also had a Remedy (pre Master volume), and I could never get it clean enough, but I like my clean tone fairly pristine. YYMV. You might try swapping out V1 for a 5751, or other lower gain-rated tube, It's a drop in replacement that may do it for you.
In fairness, that's not really what the Remedy's designed to do. It *does* have a glorious clean tone, but that quickly morphs into an equally glorious dirt.

First off , welcome to the forum, you'll find lots of info and nice people here. BTW, is it you Ruben C at guitarristas.info? Then, as I told you, I don't think you may have any issues with headroom in your bands. Tons of tone!!!

Once again...it depends on your definition of 'clean'...and how loud your drummer is.
