I have an '09 or '10 Maz 18 NR head with the EQ Bypass boost footswitch. I've started to experience an issue with the boost pedal. With it off everything is fine. Amp runs good and sounds great. Step on the pedal and there's a very loud, prominent hum! Any ideas what's causing this?

The second thing I would do is check to see that the input jack is tight. The EQ bypass is a ground lift that disconnects the Tone Stack. That ground is transferred to the footswitch jack, the connection is made at the chassis. If it's loose it could make noise. That's my 2 cents
