Have started playing the Cure quite a bit around the house, really loving it! I had bought the Cure and the Nova at the same time, and neglected the Cure while I became addicted to the Nova. But lately I’ve been cranking the Cure with volume and master both Nutted! and the level set to the room, controlling distortion with the guitar volume ..... killer!!!!! This amp rocks, with a tiny footprint and a giant tone! Can hardly decide which amp to take to the next gig, Nova or Cure. I can do everything I need with either one! And at only about 35 lbs for either one, what is not to love here? Stoked on both. You are a genius, good Doctor.

For me, the Cure and Maz 8 cover any type of gig I am playing these days. Even though I love the sounds and reviews of the Doc's latest offerings, these two amps have me covered.

Speaking as a guy who has been trying (unsuccessfully) to thin the herd for many years, I have to say this post is inspirational!

I became addicted to the Nova. jj
I was going to say something about OD, but with the opioid crisis in our country I decided to pass.

Can’t really OD on these amps, no matter how strong the addiction. I mean, of course, unless you have a spouse to invoke the metaphor.

You can see in my signature below which Z's I currently own. The Cure gets 95% of the gigs.
