I am hearing a popping sound most times when I engage the eq bypass. Any thoughts?

My guess is a dirty switch. I’d suggest taking the cover off the back and shooting some deoxit into the switch itself. I’d also spray some into the footswitch jack on the amp and clean with a q-tip as well.

When I went to open up the switch, I noticed the nut that attaches the switch to the metal casing was loose. I thought that was causing the issue so I tightened that, and sprayed detoxit for good measure. Working fine now! Thanks for the help!

Cool, If the switch was a little loose then you the circuit was barking that it needed a better ground connection!!
