Hey guys, just a thought. There may be Pedals you’re dying to try but don’t want to shell the cash for just yet. Maybe they’re hard to come by? Who knows. Maybe we can have a pedal sharing club between big kahunas (5stars). Kinda like making a temporary trade to try something out. Etc. not sure if this was thought of before. I might be down to try some stuff out.

I'd like to try an MXR EVH Flanger but am hesitant to buy one as I've been burned with the reissue 117 and the Micro Flanger, neither of which I liked. I have a late-70's grey box MXR that's the best I've ever heard, but the noise floor is too high for gig use.
I always have pedals laying around that I'm not using. Might be an interesting club.

The same thought has crossed my mind too, I think it would be pretty neat.

I might have a snouse black box 2 to share in the next few weeks. Was able to score a limited surf green one this past week and it will take about two weeks to get here. I have an extra snouse bb2 if anyone is interested

I'd be into swapping pedals too...I have boxes of distortion pedals, and lots of others.

I'll need to put a list of drives together! It would be easier if you asked if I had one. Off the top, I've got both the Blue and Red Ecstacy Bogners, a couple of Nobels drives one with a three band eq, Lovepedal JTM and Jubilee, EP booster, Boss Angry Driver, tons more. What are you looking for, anything besides Fuzz?

I'm like Dave in that I have a bunch of drive boxes but no germanium fuzz. I used to have a stupid number of OD's but I have been selling some lately.
Let me know if there are any particular pedal(s) any of you want to try. I'll see if I have it.

I’m always looking to try new delays and drives. That’s what I can offer for swapping. The only two I won’t swap at this time are my flint and the ripply fall. My interests: chase bliss tonal recall rkm, Jam delay llama supreme, jam tube dreamer, other boutique ts style pedals, nice fuzzes, anything jam pedals. Oh and Analogman ardx20

I’ve got a JHS Sweet Tea, JHS Angry Charlie, Wampler Paisley Drive, Wampler Clarksdale, MXR EVH Flanger, MXR EVH Phaser, and a Boss FRV-1 Fender ‘63 Reverb.
Interests: Bogner LaGrange, Strymon pedals (only Overdrive/distortion), 1981 DRV, Earthquaker Depths, open to other interesting OD pedals.

It's on the way Lou. Pedal club started! When I was looking for an empty box to ship it in I found two pedal boxes with pedals in them ! A Bell Epoch Deluxe and a Earthquaker Bellows! I thought I sold them months ago. NPD for me lol.

Great idea and I've often thought of doing something like a the Z-Fest, but with pedals. The biggest problem with this system is paying all the shipping. Once you've picked up shipping both ways you could have bought used on Reverb (if patient for a good deal) and flipped it if you don't like it. I rarely buy new anymore and have been able to try a bunch of stuff over the years.

He sent it to me with no expectation of me covering the shipping to me (I did include some cash to help with the shipping cost when I sent it back to him). All told, it cost about 20 bucks to cover shipping both ways. I now know exactly what that pedal sounds like (which is very good BTW). IMO it was $20 well spent. I personally have no problem covering shipping to any good Z bro/sis to try one of my pedals.

Also, if you feel comfortable with any said member you could always send more than one pedal to try to offset cost. Just use some bubble wrap and send 2 or 3 that are well packaged. For instance, if they’re interested in a shootout between drives or delays. Again, not for everyone but i speak to Trojan fairly regularly and wouldn’t hesitate to send him a couple different pedals in a single box. Just a thought.

Just some positive feedback here: I was able to try out the Black Box 2 Overdrive pedal from Trojan and it was pretty awesome. I did a shoot out with it against my current OCD V1.7 and it’s definitely a more versatile pedal compared to the OCD. Good packaging, simply reused the same packaging/package to send the pedal back to him. Just thought I would share the positive experience.

Bump! I’m looking to try one of four fuzz pedals and have a Jam Pedals Rattler i can offer for sharing: Thorpyfx fallout cloud Analogman sunface Jam pedals fuzz phrase Eqd hoof Hov The only fuzz I have is the cheap-o Behringer that's supposed to be a dead ringer for the Boss one that's now become expensive due to some high profile guys using it (Pete Thorn comes to mind). I wouldn't recommend the Behringer in any kind of gig rig.....it's not durable enough.

It's that good. I liked the Hoof when I played one a long time ago. I would totally let you play my Sunface, but I couldn't live without it long enough to send it out on vacation. Come on over, I'm just south of Buffalo!
