I just started playing in a country band. Our first gig was Saturday night. The Z-Lux was spectacular!

Great amp. Wish I'd bought a matching red/Z-wreck one when they were still in production.

The Z-LUX is my desert island amp. I’m very lucky to have mine!

I love my Z-Lux too, it sounds great with everything. I know I can plug any guitar I own into it and get great tone for jazz, blues, or rock. It'll work at any venue too, from gentle praise music to flat out rock.

The only thing that could possibly make the Z-Lux better is the new EarthQuaker boost switch!

The only thing that could possibly make the Z-Lux better is the new EarthQuaker boost switch! It's not that hard to upgrade your boost pedal to have the LED switch if you have some basic soldering skills. I think it's less than $10 for the parts!
But the new EQ pedal will be cool!

It'll work at any venue too, from gentle praise music to flat out rock. ALL THAT AND another thing I LOVE about the Lux is I can gig it straight with no pedals IF I needed to. I've had a couple of gigs this summer where my pedal board went down and had to go straight into the DB4 dry. It sounds great dry, but having the built in verb and trem gives the Zlux the edge in those situations. The frustrating part of a pedal board problem in the middle of a gig is you don't have time to troubleshoot it. If it happens with the Lux, I just bypass the whole thing in less than one minute and keep going!

Yes, the Z-Lux is great all by itself. With the reverb, tremolo, master volume, and boost you don’t need a pedalboard.
