I traded my Z-Lux head for a Cure last week. I knew I wanted a head/cab setup so I put the Cure chassis into a Maz head cab and plugged it into a Z Convertible cab with Vintage 30. It sounded really nice at home so I took it to a gig last night.
I was very pleased! We did have a sound guy and house PA, so the sound dude had me turn down to where I could barely hear myself when playing rhythm, but that's OK because I'd like to keep my hearing as long as I can. I ran it with my R7 and trusty Barber dual Direct Drive Super Sport. Amp settings were V-9:00, Treble Mid and Bass at noon, Master all the way up and Level about 1:00.
This amp let me open it up a bit and still have a nice, full and clean sound, even when not running through a PA.
I'll still use the Therapy for outdoor gigs and bigger rooms when we don't run through a PA. Therapy is my favorite amp.
I've also ordered a head cab for the Cure from Mather, so the chassis won't be upside down like it is in the Maz cab.
Fun times!

I set mine very similar, but I use a Strat....so; tone stack near noon (less on Treble) V-11, M-wide open, L-noon. Great amp!
