Just picked this pedal up. It has a fat warm fuzz tone and it also cleans up better than any of the other fuzz pedals I have owned. It has a big sound too it. Super easy to dial in.

Honestly, not sure Jam makes a bad pedal. My ripply fall is great and I have had my eyes on a rattler or red muck for a while now

I had their whacko wah and the retro vibe and sold them both to fund a few amp purchases but both were very good. Especially the Vibe. It was by far the best sounding vibe I ever owned and I had some of the best ones on the market. I will probably pick up another eventually. They make great pedals.

I've had JAM stuff in my cart a bunch of times. It usually comes down to it being more than I want to invest in a pedal. I would love to get a chance to find a dealer and check out all their stuff.

I got this fuzz used and for a great price but even the used stuff holds its value. All I can say is everything I tried from them was really good. The Retro Vibe was outstanding by far the best vibe pedal I have owned I hated selling it but I put my money into a couple amps. Im down to just my El. Capistan and this fuzz buts thats all I really need right now. I have not seen them around where I live either but you can always buy one used from GC or someone else who has a return policy in case you don't like it.

It’s pricey, but all hand made and have tons of vibe. I paid $280 shipped for my ripply fall new. It’s the ripple phaser and waterfall chorus in one unit and they both sound exceptional. Buying the waterfall chorus alone can cost $200-$250. The ripply fall gets me Leslie sounds, vibrato, a convincing vibe when stacked, chorus, and even some flanger sounds at low speeds. I control depth with an expression pedal and man I have access to so many sounds with just one unit. Dead silent while retaining that lush analog chewiness we all love. I only had your problem with the delays. Always in the cart but never purchased for whatever reason,, but that’s more likely due to me liking the mljr and el cap I have on my board more than anything else. Right now I’m stuck figuring out if I want the rattler, red muck, or the eqd hoof. Decisions decisions

I almost never buy new unless it is a "demo" (Prymaxe does some great blow outs), and my budget is $150 unless I'm super interested in something and it has to give me more than one effect. I have finally started to anchor a few effects down long term, so it gives me a little more freedom to spend more. I need to be careful though, when I was always playing with my pedals I looked less at guitars and amps. I don't think my $150 rule works in those categories.
