So I bought a few Tilt-a-speaker rings. They install between the cab and speaker to tilt the speaker up. I have to say it's an interesting idea. I put them in the bottom two positions on a 412 cab. They made a noticable difference and I like it much better with them in it. I'm not sure I feel it's fully designed though. I can think of ways it could be made better. I don't know if I like how it sandwiches between the speaker and cab. It seems it would be better if it bolted to the cab and the speaker then to it. You have to use pretty long screws which aren't included. The price also seems high for what it is. If someone made these out of laminate wood, or even high density cardboard or something similar, with threaded inserts for the speaker and a flange to bolt to the cab they'd have a winner! But it does work well for my use. I might order another for my combo amp. I like how it directs the sound up without tilting the actual amp.

First thought is "It will change the sound! Oh no!". But, then it hit me that if I tilt the cab, the sound will change versus being flat. Heck, if you're anywhere near a wall and start moving the cab, the sound will change. So, it's another tool. Interesting idea.
