Im finally getting my main guitar re -fretted. I have had it since 1997. It's long overdue. Im getting it done at Moze Guitars close to where I live. Im getting the 6105 Narrow jumbo frets.

very cool . . . . and what is your main guitar??? It’s a parts guitar from a 1997 Hendrix Voodoo strat. It’s mainly the neck and pick ups and hardware. I have had a few different body’s. I currently have a Olympic white American special body with the neck off of the Hendrix strat and custom shop fender 69 pick ups. I will try and post some pics when I get it back .

I have a Strat I built in 1993 that is ready for a refret also. It has that 6100 fretwire in it. The really big stuff like they use on bass guitars. I'm going to use 6105 fretwire also this time since that is what is in most of my other electrics. Probably the stainless steel stuff.
It seems that, like me, you are not hard on frets so wear is not in issue. I like the stainless steel because it is a little slicker for bends and vibrato.

Moze did a great job! It plays like butter now. It's been long over due. 1997 Hendix Voodoo strat on an American Special body with Fender Custom shop 69's. This guitar sounds fat for a strat, I have had custom shop Fenders that this guitar sounds better then to me. Don't be afraid to experiment and build your own guitar. You may be surprised at what you come up with!

^^^ Agree! I assume the radius is 7.25" like vintage Strats....correct? It's actually 9.5 with the C shaped neck.
