Welcome to the Forum - a lot of great information and people here! The Cure is a great amp - wonder what you're second Z will be cuz you can't have just one!

Merry Christmas! The Cure is well named indeed. It's easy to carry, gets plenty loud, and has tone for days. Very versatile too, there are a lot of voices in it. But...like Mike said, the genie is out of the bottle now. I found out when I bought my Maz 8 a few years ago that Z amps are highly addictive. They grow on you like a couple of rabbits! I've got a bunch now, and they all sound different but they all share the same Z "DNA." There is a Z sound and feel to Doc's creations that is unique.

I regularly take mine to band practice. It’s truly a “grab and go” amp.

Welcome to the Z family. Now you have the fun job of picking out your 2nd Dr Z amp! They are so good you can't stop at just one!
