I had a long-time friend to drop by yesterday evening for a visit. He and I have played in a variety of bands over the years, but we've not played together for at least 10 years. We had a great time catching up and then I got to talking about my Therapy. I pulled out my Les Paul and cranked it up and my friend thought it was incredible! He loves "gainier" guitar sounds and you all know that a Les Paul through the Therapy will do that!
I also pulled out my prized '63 Custom Shop Tele and demonstrated the dynamics of the amp. He was blowned away with the amp! He had never heard an amp respond to pick attack like the Therapy does.
Anyway, this may be the makings of a new band. He and I will be jamming soon and I can't wait since I've been out of a band for a while now.
A Therapy can make it happen! lol

Good for you, brother! That Therapy can really make a believer out of anyone....especially with guitars like yours!
Hope you and yer bud can get something rolling band-wise!

Sounds like a great reunion! I hope you can get something going with your buddy.
The Therapy is one amp I know I could never part with and I knew this when I first turned it on. It’s easy to control for any size gig, top of the line clean and break-up, simple tone stack, and most important...no need for attenuators.

Hmmm, reading the thread title and knowing where you live and it being summer time . . . I thought this would be about something that keeps you cool . . . . . I guess starting a new band is pretty cool so that works . . . .

I hope so too! I miss playing in a band! I know what you mean. Work has been the end of bands for me for the last few years. Retirement looms (15 months), should allow me to get out again. ME

You need to be in a band, Russell. You're too good a player to keep the light hidden under a shade. Get out there and let it shine, brother!
