A few of the bands that are in heavy rotation on my playlists these days. Some old/some new, but definitley worth a listen:
Greta Van Fleet - Sound EXACTLY like Led Zeppelin on most of their tracks. 3 brothers from Michigan trying to bring back the late '60s/early 70's hard rock sound (Wall Street Journal did a good write-up on these guys). My band has covered "Safari Song" a few times. If you've ever been into Zeppelin, give 'em a listen.
Nahko & Medicine for the People - I've seen these guys live 4 or 5 times in the past year and their shows never disappoint (Their shows at Red Rocks in Colorado are awesome - its like the place was built for them). Nahko's lyrics generally have an uplifting message and weave his native American background into much of their material (he usually starts each show with a prayer for the crowd given by his medicine man uncle in full Indian costume) - their live shows are almost a "religious experience". Hard to put a label on them, but sounds a little like Dave Matthews. I spin these guys up almost every time I get in the car. Nahko is by far my "best discovery" of the past 5 years.
Carbon Leaf - An adult contemporary act out of Virginia (I think) with quite a bit of Celtic flair. Apparently these guys have been together for over 20 years, but I had never heard of them until a buddy asked me if I wanted to attend a show with him as he was a fan. They hooked me at the show and I find myself spinning their studio releases up frequently. "Indian Summer" is a particularly good release.

+1 on Greta Van Fleet. I’m not sure how their career will go as the industry is generally not kind over time to “sound alikes” (hello Black Crowe’s).
I need to check out Carbon Leaf - sounds intriguing.

I suspect that I'm real late to the party but I discovered Los Straightjackets and Paul Desmond in 2017.
