I finally pulled the trigger on a DIY reverb kit. It's basically a Fender standalone design but the tubes replaced with FET's. It's about 65 bucks for the kit. It's not digital, rather fully analog and uses a regular reverb pan, so I'll need one of those and a few odds and ends. I'm figuring out what I want to use for an enclosure. Maybe an old took box or something... When it gets here and I get all the parts and pieces together I'll take some pics of the build and post them up. I've actually been looking to buy the kit for a while but it was perpetually out of stock. The company is in Sweeden, so no idea how long it will take to get here. It'll be a fun project though. www.surfyindustries.com/surfybear-pcb-diy-kit-faceplate

These are supposedly the surfiest of the surfy. I was eying these awhile ago as I was really into surf. I really like the looks of the enclosure in blond as in the video above. Keep us posted,

What reverb tank/pan are you gonna use, Nick? Would be nice to get an old Fender unit from a scrapped amp...Remember, Bigger is better (sound wise)....

Well it calls for anything with an in/out impedances close to 8ohm/2250ohm. So a standard Accutronics Reverb Pan 4AB3C1B or the MOD equivalent will work. That's the standard 16" pan.
